Our Rates

We have THREE kinds of residencies, and the rates vary depending on how long you stay with us.
The minimum stay is 14 nights and the max is 42 nights.


RESEARCH RESIDENCY
You stay between 14 to 20 nights
Includes: room + studio use + 1 day presentation/event.
¥15,500 per night.

FULL RESIDENCY
You stay between 21 to 27 nights
Includes: room + studio use + 3 day exhibition in the gallery with a reception party.
¥14,500 per night.

LONG FULL RESIDENCY
You stay between 28 to 42 nights
Includes: room + studio use + 3 day exhibition in the gallery with a reception party.
¥12,500 per night.

Above prices include tax.

*Please note that we can only block your dates after full payment, we can not accept partial deposits.
*Prices are subject to change reflecting utility costs, etc.

Staying with us includes:

Accommodation in the guest room, studio desk use and a presentation/event/exhibition in our gallery depending on how long you stay. We will promote your show on social media and other suitable media if any. Luis will help you with creative direction and setting up your show or presentation if you need it. We will introduce you to key people you might find interesting. Also we sometimes arrange a focus group or a dinner if you need input for your project. We are always around to help you with questions/needs as far as we can.

WiFi (2Gbps download/1Gbps upload), amenities and linen are of course provided in the house. You get to use the shared kitchen, toilet and shower which are on the 1st floor. If you stay on the TERRACE ROOM, you have your own private toilet and outdoor shower. You can also use laundry machine and we have a hair dryer, if you are wondering.
